What do you think about most of the time?

This under seven minute clip from Anthony Robbins exemplifies the idea of focus as the primary way to change your life habits. The "Zen" or perfection, if you will, of Tony's concept is quite simple: As you think, so shall you be. If you think, "I'll never lose weight" or, "Why is my life so bad?" notice how just the thought itself of these things can lead you to experience these things in your reality. To think about a thing is to actively bring attention and feeling to it.

If we then take the same mind and insert happy, positive, delightful messages into it, take note of how these make you feel that – just the thought of the words, the ideas, notions and the attachments and assumptions we make about what these things mean can mean the difference between sickness and health, good times and bad. Go and test these theories out. Do not take my word for it. As the theologians say, test the spirits. And to paraphrase R&B great Rev. Al Green, let's stay together, people!

Roll on!
